The specialised bottling process achieves lasting carbonation with a foaming mousse recognised as a signature of our Sparkling Shiraz.

This Sparkling Shiraz is an excellent, medium-bodied sparkling wine with an elegant structure and persistence of flavour. The wine pours as a violet, frothy liquid and settles into a vivid, sparkling burgundy topped with a steady, violet mousse. A rich aroma of blackcurrants, cherries, and blackberries adds to its sensory appeal. On tasting, fruitiness combined with contrasting dryness and sweetness is followed by a hint of acidity and a twist of tannin.

Sparkling Shiraz pairs well with foods featuring combinations of earth, gaminess, spice and black pepper as well as sweets and fruits.
