Manor Estate Sparkling Brut.
A balanced fermentation process relying on natural sugars results in a round, full, rich, taste that is soft on the palate. Our Sparkling Brut is comparable to French Champagne in quality, flavour and finish. The wine is fermented in a closed, temperature-controlled system that slows fermentation and allows for improved quality. This, combined with Charmat carbonation, produces lasting sparkle throughout the wine itself.
This Sparkling Brut is a medium-bodied wine that is notable for its elegantly structured, persistent flavour. It is soft on the palate and exhibits a naturally-aged style with a creamy, crisp, acid finish. Its dry overtones are complemented by aromas and flavours hinting of apple, pear, and citrus.
Manor Estate Sparkling Brut is best served with white meats, butter-drenched seafood, caviare, and salty delicacies.
